Shipping (Domestic & International)
DOMESTIC US SHIPPING 8 Bucks shipping on all shipments in the Continental US! It is our goal to ship your order within 24 hours of receipt of the order. We have to receive an order by 12noon CST USA to ship the same day. Normal UPS Shipping times are about 5 working days ground service to our farthest UPS point. We cannot always guarantee a same day shipment, so please let us know if you require the item by a specific time and we will do everything we possibly can to meet that shipment need. If we can't ship your order within 24 hours we will contact you by email and also by phone.
APO/AE, HI and AK and US Territories - Our 8 bucks ground shipping rates do not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, St John.etc..etc (just the 48 US states that are all connected to each other!) We ship these shipping points by USPS Priority Airmail. These charges are based on actual shipping costs + Insurance...the same as international shipping.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING -We also ship via UPS 3 day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver. Shipments costs via 3 day, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Expedited shipping is based on 1 Wetsuit with the average weight of 5lbs. Your expedited shipping costs may be need to be adjusted based on the items shipping size such as Dry Suits and Larger, thicker wetsuits and combinations of wetsuits. *NOTE* If a web quoted shipping cost must be adjusted, we will contact you for your permission before we process your order. If we cannot get a hold of you, we will not ship the order until we can. Important! UPS does not count the day of shipment and weekends or holidays in 3, 2 or next day shipping. For example, if you place an order for second day shipping on a Monday it will arrive to you on a Wednesday. Likewise, if you place the same order on a Friday it will arrive to you on a Tuesday.

We can not, and will not under any circumstances - be held responsible for losses incurred due to delays in shipping. We have no control over the shipping. And these are not schlepp companies! All deliveries are sent by either UPS or US Postal Service! (We do not use Fed Ex or DHL)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING- We are happy to ship internationally and do so all the time. It is very important you understand how international shipping works prior to you placing an order with us.
International Shipping Costs -International Shipping Charges are billed at actual shipping costs plus insurance and a $2.00US handling fee. We use USPS Priority Airmail for our international shipments. It is reliable and a lot less expensive then UPS, DHL or FEDEX. If you want a quote via another carrier other then USPS, then email us. The average wetsuit shipment weights about 5lbs (2.2K) Here are some average costs for shipping a wetsuit to the following countries. This estimate can be more or less, depending on the weight of your order. If you want to do some research on shipping costs from the US then simply go to www.usps.com

Insurance - We insure all packages. We will not ship your package without insuring it. Insurance is $1.60 per $100 in value.
Once an international shipment is received by us, we will email you a sales receipt showing your shipping costs. Your shipment will ship the following day, so if you want to cancel your order, please contact us ASAP, otherwise it will be on it's way to you and there is nothing we can do to stop it.We may also contact you requesting the Bank name and customer service phone number of your credit card issuing bank. (this is for "your" protection) We will not under any circumstances ship to the following countries unless the payment is in the form of a Bank Wire Transfer - Nigeria, Indonesia, Morocco, Singapore & Malaysia...(We're sorry if you are a legitimate buyer from those countries!)
International Shipping Times to Delivery - Please be aware that estimated shipping times via US Postal Service does not include any delay in customs, or a delay within your countries postal system. We also do not have any way to track the package once mailed US Postal Service. USPS tracking is only good while the package is in the hands of the USPS. All they can tell us is that it made it to your country or not. If you wish tracking, then you will have to have us ship the package UPS. Once we have mailed the package we cannot and will not under any circumstances be responsible for it's delivery within a estimated time period. This is because it could be held up in customs or within your countries courier service.
Customs Duties and VAT - Our prices are FOB Cedar Rapids, Iowa, USA and do not include VAT or customs duties that may be required by your country. You are responsible for any customs duties required by your country. We also do not know what your customs duties or VAT is or if it is applicable. For complete information on customs duties that may be required in your country you will need to contact your government.
UPS Internatinal Shipments - We can ship UPS if you want us too. UPS is faster and has tracking. Shipping costs are normally triple then the USPS. Also UPS charges you a customs brokerage fee. Contact us for a quote.
