Interpreting this size chart from Aquasphere can be a bit daunting. As you do it, remember the rule of same weight + taller = leaner or smaller = stockier. For example if I was 5'6" - 175lbs. I would probably lean towards the size Large. In any case, we are going to ask for your height and weight to check out your choice.
