$25.00It is not uncommon for your wetsuit to get a few nicks and cut in it. Let's face it, the suit is under a lot of stress. Also if it is a triathlon wetsuit the outside of the material does not have a protective layer of nylon like a general watersports wetsuit has so it is easily nicked. You can fix many of the problems yourself, you can also send it to us and we will fix it for you.
Our minimum repair cost to fix a wetsuit is $25. That does not include the shipping back to you. (Your shipping cost will be our actual cost from UPS or USPS) The $25 bucks covers most repairs. However if the suit requires more repair and it will cost more we will contact you. (nothing as been charged to your credit card until we ship the suit, not even the $25!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT REPAIRS - Please read this before you send your suit to us.
- Some suits cannot be repaired without a lot of work and a big mess. It makes more sense to buy a new one. Once we receive your suit we will evaluate it. We will contact you if we feel your suit is trash and you can decide if it hits our dumpster or we send it back to you. If you want us to send it back to you, you have to pay for the actual shipping cost. You can send us a picture too if you want ahead of time. However that still does not guarantee that we can fix it once we get it.
- We will not work on suits that have been sprayed with food release such as Pam. Whoever gave you this advice is an idiot. Feel free to strangle them with your suit. But please, don't send it to us.
- We do not replace zippers. We may be able to fix one, but we can't replace them.
- We do not do alterations. For example, lengthening, making panels bigger or tailoring. We can do cut-offs, (chop off legs for example) We also do not replace panels.
- Your repair will not make the suit look brand new again. No way - no how. If you ripped it, we glue it and sew it. But will you still see where the rip was. We are not replacing your panel, we are just fixing the rip.
- How long is this going to take? Maybe a day or two. Maybe longer. Wetsuit repair is not a mainstay of our business but an added service. If you need it fast, let us know and we will bump you to the head of the line and get it out as fast as we can. There will be an extra charge for this, and this is dependent on the repair required. So we will contact you on this.
- Contact. Our primary contact for your suit is email. Please look at your email once in a while after you send the suit. We will contact you when we get it and with any questions we have. Long and lengthy conversations we will call.
- Guarantee - There is no guarantee or warranty on our repair. Repair is not a profit center for us. We promise to do our best and in most all cases the repair will hold. Normally rip repairs are stronger then non repaired sections. Sometimes a repair may not hold because of the nature of the damage or the condition of the neoprene or condition of the suit.
- If your suit is under warranty of a manufacturer, our repairing of your suit may void your warranty. You may want to check with the manufacturer first.
